Write a research paper about the play 'Anna In The Tropics' by Nilo Cruz and how it relates to Hegel's theory of tragedy. If you want, you can also use Arthur Miller's theory of tragedy. Julian wants to stick to the Cuban tradition of the factory by hand making the cigars and doesn't believe machines should take over the business; Julian is a romantic. Che Che wants to go on with the industrial revelution ad have machines start to take over and make the cigars; He is focused on money and is a businessman. Julian knows a downfall is occuring and something bad is going to happen as he gets deeper and deeper in the story of Anna Karenina while Che Che loses more and more power. Che Che's downfall occcurs as his struggle for power in the factory increases. He balmes the imperfections of the cigar roller with Anna Karenina. He then forces himself on Marela. In the end, Julian is shot dead by Che Che.
