Outline :

I am an international student an undergraduate junior for the upcoming fall semester. Business administration management is my major.  

I am interested in this field because of the experience and knowledge that I have observed from my father. 

which is why I want to work at these specific leadership program development and management, and human resources are of particular interest to me. I really want to learn more about different job positions in this big filed. Looking to build a qualify resume as well as an ethical Carrie.
