Ineffective communication has two main patterns and they perpetuate low self-esteem. People in denial of the truth or they do not believe in themselves will use placating way of communication because always try to fit in instead of standing out because their inner critic dominates. Some people will use blaming style because it makes them feel okay and does not want to be disappointed by failing to take full responsibility for their mistakes. However, it is important to be assertive and use the appropriate communication style; leveling which involves speaking the truth as it is without trying to gain any approval from people. Assertiveness and high self-esteem are also demonstrated in how people make requests and one thing that is clear are that achieving greatness is not a one person thing; other people have to be part of the process and have in mind that relationships with other people will always depend on communication.

There are a lot of qualities for someone to be successful person. First of all, the most important one is having passion to be successful person. With no doubt, the desire is the first step to get whatever you want. Secondly, the hard work which means working as hard as you can to achieve your goals. The third qualities is patience. Patience is the ability to not give up doing what you are doing even if you will have to do the same thing back and forth again and again. The forth qualities is accepting others advises, especially who older than you like your family. The last one is persistence.

I think that flow is a natural act for human being when he/she stick by something they like so much. Flow could occurs in both way positive or negative way depend on the person mentality and the zone he/she stick on it. For example when someone stick by soccer; he could be healthy person who play soccer every day or he could be fat person who watch every soccer match, but never has been playing real soccer match.

I believe that flow can be an effective way to achieve whatever we like to do or be the most. It can help us achieve our dreams when we stick by it. It can help us study well when we stick by some studying fields. To sum up, flow is effective way to achieve whatever we like to do or be the most only when we do it in positive way.
