KEY ISSUES:

Atesman (PM herein) was only able to provide a portion of the final project to the customer on time, the hardware, but was delayed in delivering final documents and drawings by 6 weeks.

•Due to customer approval delays for preliminary drawings, this created a ripple in the deliverable, not only was the PM's timeline delayed, but engineering staffing became an issue.

•The PM accepted customer verbal approval for project delays.

•The cost of delays was 0.1%/wk for delivery delays, and the PM was charged 0.6% due to the 6-week delay.

•The company's legal department had to get involved because this was out of the PM's control.
