Question: A problem that I have recently faced in my personal life was having a job that didn't want to give me anymore days and always used an excuse as to why they couldn't find anything else for me. The decision making choice I used was a pros and cons list before leaving the job for another job and the pros of me leaving definitely out weighed the cons of me staying so I left and went to a new employer.

Its important to ask questions when trying to solve a problem because you can ensure there's no confusion, aquire information or knowledge, and to guide conversation to go the right way.

Employers often prefer to hire people who are capable of solving problems because they are more likely able to help bring in good ideas and solutions to problems within the work place.
