There is a four question framework. The first question is about the plan of action which can do most good and least harm. It was pioneered byJohn Stuart Mill in 1800s. The second question is to ask which rights of the groups and individuals of the groups need to be respected. It is based on Badaracco’s right vs. right framework. The third qusetion is also based on Badaracco's framework of right vs right. The course of action which is reliable with the commitments and rules is asked in this question. The last qausetion was pioneered by Nicolo Machiavelli and asked the question What will work in the world as it is?”. All the four questions are based on the case scenario of Electropic LLC. Electropic LLC is in dillemma whether to terminate one of its employee, June or retain her.
