About the Case
Jim was a bank employee, who was fired by his boss for not abiding by the bank's rules and regulations as he had kept his and the other people's safety in jeopardy who were present in the bank when he chose to deal with the robber himself rather than handing him over the
money. In Jim's defence he realised that the robber was not carrying the gun and if he had let him go he would rob more banks and cause more problems. While few praised him for his action the management was of the view the money which is insured can be replaced but the lives cannot.
