1. A project scope statement is used to define the end result of a project. Its purpose is to define as clearly as possible what the project will deliver to the customer. What questions should the scope statement answer?

2. An important point, is about the Customer Review section mentioned. This should have detailed descriptions of WHAT, WHEN, and BY WHOM you and the customer agree upon, as well as HOW you will measure the success of this project at completion. You will provide details of the agreement (before the project work begins) that the customer and team have made as to how and what they will measure when the project is completed, to determine what the project should deliver. For example: A project to bake a cake would measure what? What would you use to determine if the project was successful?
