In terms of the resources associated with this concept of innovation and the creative process, it is suggested that we can construct a "process", an organized and repeatable series of steps/goals/activities, that will help find creative solutions and bring out our inherent creativity.

In other words, I'm basically just asking you to identify the sequence in which they are doing different things and why they are doing them.
