What would be some positive organizational outcomes for the work environment of an organization that will foster success and career growth for their employees in the United States? As of recent, Amazon, Inc. will launch an experimental 30-hour workweek, reducing a specific group of employees work hours (also reducing salary to 75% and includes full benefits package) with hopes of improving employee productivity. Dysfunctional organizational behavior can lead to a decrease in employee morale. The goal is to improve the organizational behavior and employee engagement with a more positive approach to a better job and life balance.
