Case: Superstore, or as the full name indicated Real Canadian Superstore, is a chain of supermarkets. Canadian owned and with locations all over the country, the store started originally in the Western Canada in the late 1970s, and expanded from there. The goal of the company is to bring the real Canadian products to the people living in Canada, and since the country's demographics are so different their campaigns include real people.

At the moment there are 3 locations available to the people in the Vancouver and the Greater Vancouver area. The goal of this project is to open a new location in Metro Vancouver, giving people more, and better access to the Superstore. The project will begin on December 06th, 2022 and is expected to be finished by June 1st, 2023, giving the team approximately 6 months. The available budget is 700 000 CAD. This project only consists of tasks needed to open the store, and does not deal with the specifics of operating it. In this project it will be covered what the project objective is, SMART objectives, Work Breakdown Structure, Project Network Diagram including scheduling, and risk management.
