The central corridor and the entrance must have 6mt. wide. The concrete walls are marked on the map with double lines and lines divided represent glass divisions. What should the outside dimensions be of this center for the construction cost to be minimum as possible?

Data:
1. The construction wall costs is $ 40 a meter.
