Formerly known as the Bank of Montreal, it also operates BMO Harris Bank, based in Chicago, Illinois. Globally, BMO employs over 45,000 employees. Their chief learning officer, Gina Jeneroux, has stated: "To stay ahead of the curve, we need to be bold on talent, creating the conditions for human and machine partnerships and building and nurturing a culture that sparks growth, creativity, and innovation." Beginning in 2018, BMO U was launched as a new approach to learning for bank employees. Assume that you are a part of the BMO talent development team, and that assessment efforts demonstrate a need to provide both "upskilling" and "reskilling" for current BMO employees. What options are available to BMO concerning how learning is designed and provided to employees?
