Case Study: One of the responsibilities of an educational leader is advocacy for their organization. To advocate effectively, they need to demonstrate and effectively communicate that a difference has been made-that they have been successful in leading organizational initiatives.

In this assignment, design a plan for communicating positive changes within your current work organization or an educational organization that you hope to join in the future. The positive outcome or success that you are communicating may be real or hypothetical because the purpose of the assignment is the development of a communication plan based on ethical and sound leadership principles.
