At the end of the class, approach the teacher and give one thing you appreciated about the lesson as an encouragement for her/his ministry in your life. It is not your role to critique the teacher negatively. However, if she/he asks for suggestions for improvement, then emphasize the positive and mention only one less positive area to improve based on your MIN3218 class lectures/homework. Be humble and learn from the other teacher. Write a two-page report of your observations of the positive traits and methods the teacher uses.
