VIT has two groups of users: Students and Staffs. Each group needs separate desktop settings for their computers.
In particular, the staffs will use one type of desktop wallpaper and the students will use another one. In addition, the staffs also need a password policy that enforces the password length of 8 characters while the students need only 4 characters as a minimum.
