The Are Oy Group governance for a country/customer-based strategy. This is a relatively small family-owned company. The board is fairly traditional for such a firm: president, chairman/CFO, an industrial counsellor, an engineer, and the corporate counsel/secretary to the board. The firm's strategy is strongly customer-orientated with a major expertise in technology. Its basic operational structure is designed to encourage people at local and nationwide levels to work together for customers' benefit.
