This is an informal reflection. You should neither do research nor consult outside sources. Rather, you should give answers based on your pre-existing views. The reflection will provide a baseline, a point of comparison for later work. Accordingly, there are no "right" answers. Your reflection should be structured by the following questions, each of which can (likely) be addressed in one paragraph.
