Assignment:

Students will be given 30 minutes for the following activity. Each student will use the Bingo sheet provided. Students will need to complete each square individually by writing their response to the prompt. Students will be instructed to network, mingle around the classroom, and talk to people with similar interest or similar characteristics. They need to find one person per square (repeats are allowed for small class size). The first student to complete all 12 spaces on the grid wins. The class will gather to discuss about the process (10 minutes) based on the following questions:

1. What was the easiest match to find?

2. What was the most difficult match to find?

3. Were there missed networking opportunities?

4. Were all of the Bingo items work-related?

5. How could these topics have an impact on an actual job search?

6. Do you fee l comfortable networking after doing this activity?
