A relationship developed between them, and subsequently, Mr. Flohl executed a will naming Mrs. Greenwood as his sole beneficiary and personal representative of his estate. He left nothing to his son, George. There was proof that Mr. Flohl told his attorney exactly what he wanted and that the will was executed in the presence of the attorney and two of his employees. After Mr. Flohl died, his son contested the probate, claiming that Mrs. Greenwood had exercised undue influence on his father. Was this a valid contention under the facts of this case?
