Learning about Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples

You are tasked with inviting elders from your local Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander community to take part in the culture-sharing day. You must also ensure that no children from Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander backgrounds are discriminated in the event and that everyone can take part in the activity.

During the event, the elders will talk about Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander cultures and their contribution to Australia, including their music and their 'dreaming' artworks. The elders will also provide the children with examples of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander toys to help them learn about the lives of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander children.
