The Price of Unethical Behavior

Week Introduction:

We have learned that many argue if and to what degree that social responsibility should be considered in businesses. Unfortunately, there are many cases that clearly and definitively cross ethical (and legal) lines. In these cases, the price these CEOs, companies, and stakeholders pay can be quite high.

Review the resources listed in the Books and Resources area below to prepare for this week's assignment(s).

Complete the following Spotlight on Skills if you need assistance with the tools used to complete your assignments.

Spotlight on Skills: Develop your Logical Thinking and Argumentative Skills
In this assignment, and in many others at Northcentral University, you will be called upon to present your ideas, make arguments, and defend a point of view. All of this calls for research based evidence, as well as logical thinking skills that provide the framework for presenting this evidence. To begin, develop your logical thinking skills through first considering the developmental stages of your own thinking: Developing as rational persons: Viewing our development in stages. Then, review the article to learn more about what constitutes a good.
