Question

Patient is a 13 years old male adolescent presenting to the clinic with father. Hx of autism and ADHS. Dad reports patient was taking clonidine for impulsivity and his blood pressure dropped. Patient reports space out, inability to sleep, and stereotypic movement. Patients appear thin and lost some weight. Patient's meds are Focalin, trazodone, and clonidine ER. ER clonidine was recommended due to dropping of BP and cyproheptadine for weight lost Refill and appointment scheduled for 4 weeks.
