Assignment:

We are living in a global world, where information is sent and received in a 24-hour cycle.

We are also living in a world where tensions are high and people are often afraid to travel. As those employed in the tourism industry, we want to provide reassurance to travellers that they are safe if they visit our destination.

Review the website below. Identify two countries (Vietnam and United States) and look at the travel advisories that have been issued for three countries. Please do not use the COVID warnings as part of your report, as all countries would have this warning. Try to choose countries that have different levels of advisory. Answer the following questions:

1) What country did you chose and why?

2) Summarize the travel advisory.

3) Is there anything that a provider in that country could tell you that would reassure you and make you feel comfortable to travel to that destination? Why or why not?

Answer these questions for each of the three countries that you choose.

The last question ( question 3) - Pick one other country (France- Vietnam and France- US) and identify if they offer a similar advisory service. Is their website easier or harder to use? Why?
