The successful implementation of a project is highly dependent on project control, and therefore on the practice of informing, monitoring and analysing. Exercise project control over the school feeding scheme project by completing the tasks posed.

1 Use the scheduling template (developed by GTAC (2016)) in your course material to help you draw up a schedule for five key tasks, and at least two sub-tasks for each task. You should also assign a resource to each task and sub-task, as per the template.

2. Part of risk planning, as a control measure for project success, is the selection of strategies to adjust a project's risk exposure, and the treatment of these risks. Using the risk list template in your course material, identify five potential risks that the project may face. Each risk should be classified according to its likelihood, impact, the risk response and who would be responsible for addressing the risk.
