You're working in the kitchen with your work colleague Sally. You notice she's looking unwell. She's been sneezing and coughing for the past hour. Every time she coughs or sneezes, she covers her mouth with her elbow and blows her nose with a handkerchief she keeps in the pocket of her apron. She washes her hands at the kitchen sink for approximately 10 seconds with no soap after each sneeze but not after coughing. You ask her if she is ok, and she tells you that she has been unwell for the past two (2) days but as she has no sick leave, she cannot afford to take any more time off. She also mentions that she was vomiting yesterday but the last time was 9.30 pm last night.
