Conditional Probability Example

I'm trying to set up an excel spreadsheet to solve a statistical probability.

Patients
23% (smokers) -18% have a chance of contracting a serious illness
77% (non smoker) - 6% have a chance of contracting a serious illness

I'm trying to figure out the probability that a given patient is a smoker if the patient has a serious illness.
