  1. Imagine you are the sales manager for American Computer Corporation (ACC). You just received notification from the accounting department that they approved a credit account for your new customer Computer Warehouse Ltd. located in Bangor Down, Ireland. You need to send a letter to James McGafney, the company president, stating the following:
    • Let him know the company has been approved for a $500,000USD initial credit line.
    • Discuss the bi-yearly review of each account that will take place and the credit increases that will be extended for any current accounts.
    • Confirm the company's initial order of 900 laptop computers and accessories totaling $250,000. Encourage James to use his remaining $250,000USD credit line to invest in some high quality external data storage units.
    • Explain the opportunity to increase sales by adding on these products as they help maintain computer speed and extend computer lifespan.
