For my research paper, I would like to focus on Employees in a Global Environment. Particularly the lack of female and non-Caucasian employees within the Aviation maintenance workforce. During this research, I will focus on the company Lockheed Martin.

I've seen a predominance of Caucasian men in key official occupations, thus an exclusion from other races and sex. This has been since the start of Lockheed Martin Manufacturing. Lockheed's history reflects its own conventions as well as wide societal examples in America. Aviation is changing alongside our general public, in spite of the fact that the work numbers for the business recommend that change has come gradually. One approach to guarantee that aviation has the future inclusive workforce it needs is to guarantee that flying employments are available to all individuals from society and maintained. There is unmistakably undiscovered potential in groups that have been generally underrepresented in the business.
