Question: You are the Project Manager responsible to launch a new Credit Card for the XYZ Bank you work for. The new product targets customers from Generation Z and it will be distributed via Call Centre and company website. The launch date of this new credit card scheduled for December 1, 2023. The entire project budget is $1,000,000. Within the entire project budget some of it will be for procurement and not the whole amount. The key deliverables you have identified for the project are: product design, systems changes (banking and call centre), website changes, applications for mobile devices changes, operations and customer services policies and procedures changes, regulatory approval, risk, finance and accounting policies, procedures and systems updates, marketing campaign, and call centre employees training. This is the focus of your assignment and none of the other key deliverables You have determined that the "call centre employees training" key deliverable cannot be completed within the project team and, as a result, you have to find a competent supplier, who is able to 1. develop the materials and 2. deliver the training in-class. The supplier has to cover all aspects of a training that will ensure a successful launch of the new credit card. The seller is responsible for providing the: 1. training strategy, 2. developing the training content and 3. delivering the training at the premises of XYZ Bank. The training content will be based on the requirements provided by you and will include product, sales techniques, systems, and operations. The Call Centre is organized in two shifts and covers the entire Canadian territory from West coast to East coast in both languages. There are 300 employees eligible for the training, who are all located in one of the offices of XYZ Bank in the GTA (Great Toronto Area).
