Question: Based on our research and analysis on Tim's sustainability initiatives, we are going to propose a "Food Waste Reduction" project. As a part of this project, Tim Horton will run a "Food Donation Programme".

The implementation of this programme is arranged as follows. First, Tim Hortons is advised to collect leftover food at 7 p.m., donate it to local food banks, and pay a recycling company a fee to alleviate their food waste problem. This initiative will reduce the amount of food discarded by Tim Hortons at the end of the day. The collected food will be donated to food banks so those in need can eat. Secondly, the for-fee service provided by the recycling company will offer an efficient method for disposing food waste in an eco-friendly manner.
