Case Study: Adani Power Limited (C): Renegotiating long-term electricity contracts

Assuming that you are a freelance project and procurement expert, you have been approached by Adani Power Limited (APL) for a fee to help them deal with the consequences of the decision made by the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) with respect to its application for renegotiating on the electricity contract.
