Write a Personal Wellbeing Action Plan using the template provided addressing what you need to communicate to your supervisor on your personal wellbeing as a Sales Assistant over the past two years.

In your Personal Wellbeing Action, make sure to address:
• Personal factors that may impact on your wellbeing (both positively and negatively)
• Workplace factors that may impact on your wellbeing (both positively and negatively)
• Relationship between personal wellbeing and workplace factors relevant to your own role
