She has adopted a strict vegan regimen and she is admitted for rehab after a fall that has fractured her right shoulder and humerus. She is right-handed and has been hospitalized for 30 days. She is admitted to your rehab during the Easter season and insists on keeping her religious diet restrictions during her weeks at rehab. She has lost 15% of her body weight in the last month. She is continuing to use her right arm very little and is slowly recovering although she has developed stage II pressure ulcer from the sling and brace on her right shoulder.
