Qualitative data is the descriptive and conceptual findings collected through questioners, interviews and observations. Qualitative data is important in the research process as it provides an opportunity for the researcher to explore ideas and further explain quantitative results. Qualitative research is a type of research that aims to gather non numerical data in order to gain a better understanding. For the success of the research process it is important that the researcher is able to effectively organize the data (Richardson & Simmering, 2020). Organizing the data is important as it helps reduce the researcher's confusion and helps them collect as much data as possible. It is important that the researcher is able to identify the best appropriate method as this will help ensure that the data is well managed. One of the most effective ways for the researcher to effectively manage data is through the use of technology. Technology is very important in helping ensure that order is maintained and data is well organized. Through well-organized data is easy for the researcher to come up with an appropriate conclusion. Technology allows for the use of software systems. There are certain technological systems that are appropriate such as SPSS or SAS (Richardson & Simmering, 2020). The technology is important as it helps provide an effective way to organize, store and collect data that is provided. Technology is important as it helps ensure that efficiency is achieved. Another effective way that the researcher can help manage data is through the use of an effective team. An effective team is essential to help manage the data and ensure that appropriate measures are put in place. Through a team it is easy to share responsibility and hence take off the pressure from just one person. For an effective conclusion of the study it is essential that the researcher is able to ensure that all the data is well organized and managed.
