A car passes two fixed locations A and B. At location A (50 miles into its trip), the car is traveling at 55mph. Five minutes later, 55 miles into the trip, the car is clocked at 50mph. Assuming that the position function is continuous and differential during this 5 minutes interval, prove that the car broke the 55mph speed limit somewhere between points A and B.
