You are responsible for a production line that has about 30 workers on each shift. There are two shifts each day with the late shift commencing work at 6.30 pm. You have noticed that some workers (not always the same ones) on the late shift seem to have been drinking prior to coming to work. Workers change shifts on a rotational basis.
