Project plan

Write a 1,400-1,700-word Project Plan for an educational program on supply chain to be implemented in a large academic hospital, Overview for that includes the following:

1) A description of the project. Include a list (1, 2, 3, 4, etc.) of at least 4 high level deliverables (specific and tangible). Use Nouns to describe your deliverables.

2) The problem/result statement (What is the project going to solve or achieve?)

3) A mission justification (How does the project relate to the mission and goals of your organization?)

4) Complete a project scope statement as shown on page 104. (Refer to the section labeled "Step 1: Defining the Scope" and the Snapshot from Practice: High-Level Scope in Chapter 4 of the Project Management reading.)

5) A brief description of how you expect to measure the success of the project in quantifiable terms (include specific metrics/numbers).

6) Two best practices in project management that could be applied to the project to ensure its success (You will need to conduct research on the Internet and in the Library to identify these.)

7) Three key learning points from the "Selecting and Initiating Projects" simulation that you will apply as you work on your Project Plan
