Question
During this course, we covered Project Management processes with how to Initiate, Plan, Execute, Monitor and Control, and Close a project. We also reviewed computer software applications for Oracle P6, MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Access that a project team could use in managing a project. Finally, we touched on an Agile Project Management process in comparison to the traditional project management practices.
