I will carry out the following steps as part of the strategy that provides a more active leader and also allows the the team to strike a balance between processes, results and relationships.

-I will select the project lead as well as team members based on a strict selection criteria that allows me to gather together a team of of highly skilled and result oriented people. The selection criteria should be specific so that the right people are chosen to become part of the team.

-I will also carry out training programs for the project lead and team members in order to ensure that they are aware of all the processes and are able to create strong relationship among each other that allows them to effectively achieve the project goals.

-Similarly regular team meeting and constant communication will be insured ritual allowed the team to remain on the same page. Continuous feedback will also be encouraged to ensure that quality of the work and relationships can be maintained. The feedback will also assist in bringing the required improvements in the processes.

-Regular review of the project work will be carried out to ensure that all processes are running smoothly and quality results are being achieved.

-The project lead and the virtual globally dispersed team will be motivated through monetary and non-monetary rewards in order to ensure that they strike a balance between the three critical needs of the organisation namely process, results and relationships.
