Communication plays a key role in identifying and prioritizing health problems and disease prevention and control in the community. There are many ways to ensure that there is a problem in the community, and one way is to raise awareness and identify the problem, know what is going on, and try to avoid the health problem. There are three levels of prevention. The first level is primary prevention. This preventive measure forestalls the onset of illness or injury during the pathogenesis period-the first visualized chain in the infection being educated on the health issue or outbreak in the community. Secondary prevention is preventive measures that lead to early diagnosis and prompt treatment of a disease or injury to prevent more severe pathogenesis. Tertiary prevention tries to use preventative measures to avoid the disease.

A Health Care Administrator needs specialized skills, and because health care delivery is changing rapidly, it's a challenging role. Administrators are often tasked with improving both efficiency and the quality of patient care. They have to make sure the people are aware of the disease, and they have the information to ensure they are following the proper methods to avoid catching the disease. Make certain people have the correct understanding and knowledge. For example, with this COVID, health care administrators make sure people know to wear their masks, sanitize, wash hands, stay 6 feet apart, and understand the importance of becoming vaccinated.
