• Explain where you looked for information - use Harvard.

• Contact your team - don't wait to be contacted
• Decide on who is doing what and start collecting information before
you start putting together the presentation itself
• Use up-to-date information sources and make sure that you explain why you think that they are trustworthy. (This is a Masters module, you should not be using commercial web sites, but rather peer reviewed sources)
• Use the structure given above (consider a slide for each of the six headings)
• Practice your timings, but don't worry about being ‘perfect'
• Make transitions between slides (and people) smooth
• Use a clear font and a large font size for improved visibility
• Use diagrams if they save words and are directly relevant
• Enjoy talking about the subject - the audience wants to learn what you know
