Student shall prepare about a presentation about mega infrastructure project core concept, process, change management process, implementation roadmap and critical successes factors at Egypt and MENA region. Students shall use journal papers, conference papers, and case study to develop their presentation

Post-presentation Discussion and Assessment:

When the presentation is finished, there will be time allowed (15-20 minutes) for debriefing and discussion. Members of the audience (if in attendance) will be given an opportunity to ask questions and to contribute their own thoughts and opinions on the arguments presented. Members of the debate teams may also wish to reflect on their performance and seek feedback from the audience, including the module leader.

Task:

The critical success factors for mega projects undertaken in the MENA Region generally and Egypt specifically?
The student is required to highlight the role of project excellence models, excellence model's implementation roadmap and critical successes factors lead to excellence in Egypt to incorporate better project management practices (especially in mega projects) in an attempt to survive the severe challenges faced by the country recently and also achieve breakthrough results. Moreover the student shall consider how project excellence models support projectized organization that apply different project management schemes for better projects performance
The student should use case studies of organization they are working for or any organization they are aware of it in order to provide realistic evidence for their argument and also provide recommendations to avoid failure and opportunities for improvement.

You MUST structure your analysis around the Project Management Institute (PMI) Knowledge Areas and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the key PROJECT MANAGEMENT issues raised by the topic, and also be able to synthesise these into key lessons that should be learned by those managing such projects in the future.
