Requirements

You are required to prepare a detailed Systems Implementation Plan. To ensure that the document is consistent you are to use the template provided. Carefully read through the template to ensure that you know exactly what is required for each section. If there are any queries make sure to ask for clarification.

Read through the Safe-T-Kids project details. Your WBS from your first submission will assist you to identify key areas within the implementation.

For each section of the plan replace the blue instructions with details specific to the Safe-T-Kids project.

This is an iterative process. You will find that you will need to return to each section from time to time to add/edit details.

A number of appendices have been added to the template. You may find it necessary to add additional ones as you work your way through the case study. For example you might find it appropriate to add a risk assessment and management strategy.

Note you will be required to present your plan in a presentation at the end of the semester.
