As the project manager, you are to identify potential contract risks with these two vendors based on both the information stated above and further research of basic contractual risks on projects. In a Microsoft Word document, please provide the following items as it relates to risks.

Discuss the probability and impact of each risk (low, medium, high).
Provide a risk response for each identified risk.
