Introduction
Tesco began in 1919 with one man, Jack Cohen, a market stall-holder selling groceries in London.
TESCO was formed out of a merger with T.E. Stockwell from whom he purchased tea for sale on the stall. The first store opened in 1929.

4.1 Identify the possible reasons for the cessation of employment with in an organization. (Outcome 4.1)
4.2 Using the two organization of your choice illustrate the employment exit procedures used (Outcome 4.2)
4.3. Consider the impact of legal and regulatory frame work in consideration of employment cessation arrangements (Outcome 4.3)
