Part A: Performance Appraisal System
Select one type of employee compensated with either wages or salaries at the management, professional or non-management level.
Review the job description for this classification and analyze the current performance appraisal system. Suggest changes or improvements to the current system. If there is not a system for this particular job classification, then design an effective appraisal program, studied in this course, which is aligned with the corporate direction. Provide a rationale for the performance management system that you designed.

Part B: Compensation
Identify and explain the current types of pay incentive programs for this position or, if none exist, what incentive system would you recommend for this job classification to motivate them to high performance.
Part C: Benefits
Identify and explain the types of discretionary employee benefits and services that currently exist. Make four recommendations for changes to current systems or four recommendations for implementation of new systems. Please list a reference for follow up
Part D: Implementation Plan
The implementation plan should include specific techniques and strategies that company management can use to effectively implement your recommendations in Parts B, C D. Identify and explain one possible barrier to implementation.
