Are you nervous when you think of giving a speech? Or does it thrill you? Click on the link below to take the PRCA (Personal Report of Communication Apprehension). This is a tool that will measure your level of anxiety about giving speeches, talking in meetings, speaking in small groups, and communicating one on one (interpersonally).

In Chapter One of your text book, the author discusses some ways you can overcome nervousness about giving speeches.
