Project Outline:

In this assignment your team is to serve as professional consultants and demonstrate proficiency at providing guidance to a real life organization undergoing change. The team project should be very clear, concise, and focused. The consulting team is to provide recommendations to the company utilizing the various leadership, management and organizational change concepts gained in the course.

The team project is designed to provide students the opportunity to study a situation in an organization that is undergoing change. As such, the organization will be of the team's choosing and will require the team to apply the various concepts and themes examined throughout the duration of the course. The organization may be a for-profit, Not-for-profit, or government entity which familiar to class, example Ebay, Nike, Google, Apple etc. The team will submit a 400 Word description of the change in the dynamics, Issues, or processes to be explored in the organization and will include a outline of the areas of the project (mentioned below). Further, a minimum of five peer-reviewed articles will be presented in the outline about organization change and strategies used.
