Overview of Assessment Two
The purpose of this assessment is to outline and discuss your experiences and learnings from working as both Project Manager and Project Team Member. This assessment provides an opportunity for you to critically reflect on the effectiveness of your project team, your role as project manager and the strategies and techniques used by you and your team whilst completing your group project plan.

Requirements:

TASK: Individual Reflective Report
You will complete an individual reflective report about your experiences of working as both the Project Manager and as a Project Team Member. You will need to critique what went well, what did not, and what you would do differently next time. You will use the Reflective Report Template to complete this assessment task. The template contains various questions relating to your role as project manager and your contribution to the project team. You are required to critically reflect on your own individual performance and your team member's performance.
